For nearly thirty years AutoFry has earned its reputation as the leader in ventless, fully-enclosed and automated commercial deep frying technology. Motion Technology, Inc (MTI) first introduced the AutoFry Model FFG-10 in the spring of 1990, and hasn’t looked back. Proudly made in Northborough, MA, our initial single basket deep fryer model showed the food service industry that they didn’t need to install costly hoods and vents to expand their menus to include high profit items such as fries, onion rings, chicken tenders and more.
From Fryers to Total Ventless Kitchens
Today, the MTI family of products now includes five different models of ventless, fully-enclosed and automated deep fryers capable of serving a wide range of deep-frying demands; from small independent taverns to large stadiums, to worldwide multi-unit chains, our various sized machines can handle it all. Most importantly, we continue to offer an affordable, safe and simple alternative to traditional open deep fryers.
As further commitment to ventless kitchen technology, MTI introduced the MultiChef high speed oven in 2006. This powerful little oven could bake, toast, melt, reheat and roast, all in a a fraction of the time it would take a traditional oven. Fast forward to 2018 and the MultiChef has received a face lift, becoming the MultiChef XL, an even faster oven than can cut cook times by up to 80%.
Continuing on the ventless trend, we also released the VentaGrill in the spring of 2018. From bacon and eggs, to burgers and steaks, VentaGrill allows businesses to grill foods without the expense of a Type I hood system, saving thousands of dollars in installation and operation costs.
