As further commitment to ventless kitchen technology, MTI introduced the MultiChef high speed oven in August of 2006. Our high speed/rapid cook oven cuts cooking time by up-to 75%, all without the use of microwaves. This high speed ventless oven can rapidly cook, toast, bake, broil, steam, grill and fry without oil. The secret to MultiChef is MTI’s patented Rotary-Air-Impingement technology, which produces a consistent, delicious and healthy alternative for America and the international market.
