Make it fresh. Make it yours. Make it Golden Dipt. There is something to be said about a crisp, fresh fried, tasty morsel of chicken. Not that frozen chicken tenders are something to complain about, but trends are increasingly in favor of fresh made, never frozen foods. This year alone the Nation’s Restaurant News published two pro-fresh frying articles (found here and here), saying, “this is not a fad, it’s a trend. It will continue to have staying power.” Which is why we knew we had to find a suitable partner to make AutoFrying fresh food simple and easy to complete. So without further ado, let’s meet our newest rebate partner: Golden Dipt.

Additionally Golden Dipt brings a huge variety of flavors to the party, from tropical rum coconut breading to traditional panko, there are so many ways to expand your menu with just a simple change of batter or breading.
As a company with 25 years of frying history, we’re not ashamed to say that fresh frying has not always been easy to do in AutoFry. Possible? Sure, but easy? Not always. Our most common problem has been a loss of batter/breading in the food chute entry, which caused premature breakdown of oil and less than stellar product output.
But thankfully each year in our quarter century has brought new innovation and additional ventless solutions. Fast forward to 2015 and we’ve partnered with Golden Dipt to bring you the easiest method of fresh frying. To fry with fresh breaded or battered products we recommend using non-stick silicon mat within your entry chute, allowing sticky breaded product to slide right off without getting caught in the chute. Silicon mats can be purchased for less than $10 and cut to fit the shape of your chute. Simply add your mat to the chute and fresh fry to your hearts content! Most silicon mats are dishwasher safe which allows for easy cleaning at the end of the day too!
As with all fresh frying, you should be hyper conscious of what touches raw meat to ensure there are no food safety concerns. If you have an AutoFry 40C or AutoFry 40E we suggest using one side of your AutoFry for fresh meat products and the other side for your safe foods, like fries, cheese or poppers!
One of our favorite things about the Golden Dipt partnership, is that Godlen Dipt brings so much of their own knowledge to the table in the form of breading techniques, flavor profiles and stellar recipes. We highly recommend checking out their website for inspiration and trying one of their recipes, like this tasty twist on classic Asian fare:
Chili Garlic Chicken Noodle Bowl:
- 2 ea. Chicken Tenders
- 2 Tbs. Thai seasoning
- 1 c. GoldenDipt® – HOT ‘N SPICY CHICKEN FRY
- 1/2 c. Thai rice noodles, cooked
- 1/2 c. Asian vegetables, cooked
- 1/2 c. Asian chili garlic sauce
- Dust tenders on all sides with Thai seasoning and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Quickly submerge into cold water and remove, place in Golden Dipt Hot ‘N Spicy Chicken Fry and coat thoroughly using a tumbling action.
- Fry at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 3-5 minutes, until completely cooked.
- Place on top of noodles and vegetables tossed with chili garlic sauce.
