What is the MultiChef Advantage?
Today we look at how microwaves effect high speed oven food quality and why the MultiChef does not use them. When it comes to food quality and your customer’s valuable time, microwaves are slowing you down and providing lack luster output. Say goodbye to soggy crust with the MultiChef, the powerful little high speed oven offering big results across the globe.
Say Goodbye to Soggy Crust
We often are asked what sets the MultiChef apart from the other high-speed ovens on the market and the answer is simple. We do high-speed cooking without microwaves. Think about the last time you cooked something in your microwave. Be it pizza or a sandwich or even last night’s chicken pot pie, the result is always the same, the food tastes fine but the quality of the product has dramatically decreased. Let soggy crust be a thing of the past with the addition of the MultiChef to your commercial kitchen.
MultiChef heats food without the use of microwaves, and instead uses a combination of convection, direct infrared and Rotary Air Impingement. This combination allows you to cook, toast, melt, bake and reheat items without sacrificing food quality. In other words – no more soggy crust!
Faster throughput, more customers served…
The lack of microwave assist in the MultiChef also means that you can add food items to the MultiChef in the middle of cooking. This is not possible with any other high speed oven that uses microwaves.
Let’s suppose you get four customer orders one minute apart from each other. In a traditional microwave assist oven, you put the first item in and have to wait for it to be done before you can put in the next order.
In the MultiChef, you can open the oven while it’s cooking and add up to four trays of items to cook at the same time. Which means even though the product cooking time is slightly longer without microwaves, you can still output more items in a faster time frame using the MultiChef.
In this example, the MultiChef has prepared all of the orders in just 9 minutes, the other oven took twice as long.
What does this mean for your business? Faster throughput, more customers served, and a happier client base.
